MyEd BC Basics

MyEd BC Basics provides basic information for using MyEducation BC. Topics include: logging in, user preferences, password changes, navigation, using filters and field sets, creating snapshots and basic queries, running reports and viewing student information.
Elementary Clerical

The course called MyEd BC Basics must be completed prior to beginning this course.  

This course goes through the day-to-day tasks of and elementary clerical position in an Elementary school.  Tasks such as school setup, student registration, demographic management, attendance and Ministry of Education reporting are covered from an elementary school perspective.  

High School/K-12 Clerical

The courses called MyEd BC Basics and Elementary Clerical must be completed before starting this course.  

This course covers the day-to-day tasks of clerical position in a middle or high school.  Topics include school setup, student registration, student demographic management, attendance, and Ministry of Education reporting processes from a middle and high school perspective.  

StrongStart Facilitators
MyEdBC
Participants for this course must first complete MyEd BC Basics.  The StrongStart Facilitators course provides instruction and demonstration for all tasks required in a StrongStart Centre.
District Class Size Verification
MyEdBC
This course provides instruction and demonstration of the school and district tasks associated with completing the Ministry of Education Class Size Verification in September.  
Conduct for Administrators
MyEdBC
Participants for this course must first complete MyEd BC Basics.  This course provides instruction and demonstration for the entry of conduct incidents.   The target audience is school administrators.
Counsellors
MyEdBC
Participants for this course must first complete MyEd BC Basics.This course provides instruction and demonstration for the counsellor functions of student scheduling.  It also includes information on tracking and determining graduation status for students.
